Checking Out New House Listings

I am a real estate agent and had some new listings come in but I always like to drive by and look at the outside for myself. These were way in the country so I brought a pair of powerful binoculars just in case. I am thrilled I had them with me because the houses sat far back on the lot and I never would have been able to get a good view without the binoculars. One of the houses was super cute, but it needed pain desperately. Sometimes we can add a coat of fresh paint outside and inside along with some decent furniture and sell the house for asking price.
