My mother’s new hobby and how it has opened my eyes

A couple months ago my mother started a new hobby after her retirement as a social worker. She started doing the genealogy of both her family and my father’s. It actually seems like kind of an interesting hobby and she has covered the our records all over the place. One thing she started to do was find court records. That had to do with her family and my wife’s. One thing I noticed was that my family actually has owned a lot of property in South Carolina over the years. This really surprised me as I am not from the area. Maybe I should look into it too.
