Halloween costumes online

Should I trust buying a Halloween costume online? I feel like I can never find Halloween costumes that actually fit me when I try on every outfit in the damn Halloween store, so how can I ever know what I’m getting myself into when purchasing online? Anyone know a website that actually has reliable sizing? I’m thinking next year I better think ahead for once and piece together random things from thrift stores and simply create my own, weird costume instead of relying on the sex-kitten costume t the Halloween Superstore to fit my 5 foot nothing, A-cup frame!
