Work out 3 times a week for an hour, can’t do an hour 3 times break it down into mini workouts throughout the day. Make sure you drink 8 glasses of 8 ounces of water per day, this helps to keep you hydrated and flush out your system. Reduce your sugar intake and concentrate on eating complex carbs. By combining these basic tenets and following them for a few months that belly fat will start to disappear.
