Ares Puts The Beat To My Feet

I am on a quest to find fun ways of getting exercise to help my health and my weight loss. I love it when my friends walk with me, but when they are not able to, I have a tendency to stay home because it is not as much fun to walk by myself. My husband is my best coach, and he suggested I download my favorite fun and lively music from Ares onto my MP3 player and then I will have the energy and motivation to keep moving to the beat while I listen to the lively music. I think this was a great idea, and one I can live with
