The Semi-Celebrity Psychic

I really try to avoid daytime talk shows. I’m a stay at home mom, and such things could very easily suck me in. Before I know it, I’m watching Rachel Ray, Oprah, setting my DVR to record the View, and catching reruns of Montel. Scary! I must admit though, I have seen various episodes of each of these shows. One show in particular features a somewhat regular guest. A psychic. I have to say, she fits the part. She is appropriately extravagant in her fashion, and her raspy voice only makes her more convincing. Members of the audience are allowed to ask her questions about loved ones past, romance, finances, etc. I am not convinced that she is NOT real. I find myself believing her. I would be very interested to see the results of a psychic abilities test if she were to take one.
