Buying a Condominium Instead of a House

After deciding that we wanted to buy our next home and not rent, we had to decide if we wanted to purchase a condominium or a house. After reading an article about Maryland Condo Law, we decided to go with a condominium. The article was able to help us have a better understanding of the pros and cons of a condominium versus a house. Plus since were purchasing in a brand new development we learned that our condo would be under an extended warranty per a new law that was just passed. We will be able to move into our new condo in just eight short weeks.
