The Ber Certificate for my Building

I just found out the other day that I need to do a few things when it comes to making sure that my building is up and running and ready to go. One of the things that I need to do is to make sure that the ber assessor comes to give me a good idea of what I need to do about my energy costs and consumption. I know my building was built to make sure that it is as energy efficient as possible, but I know it will still need to get that certificate and pass the codes just like other buildings.
