Never Tried Scallops Before, but…

Wow. I can’t wait to try scallops now. I pride myself on being pretty versed in different foods, but have to say scallops are one that I’ve never gotten around to eating. Our friend orders scallops every time we go out to dinner and they always look delicious, but I’ve just never made that final leap to ordering them off the menu. That scallop recipe sounds just AMAZING, and pretty simple too. I like to cook, but I don’t like being stuck in the kitchen forever, so really, this is perfect. I can’t wait!! I’m thinking this Sunday, we’re eating scallops in my house!! YUM! What else do you prepare with scallops for side dishe’s? Are there any wines that go well with this meal?
