Before you go off and buy just any house for a vacation home, you should research Coconut Grove real estate and see if you like it. I bought some real estate in Coconut Grove a few years ago and I’ve never regretted it. I have a large house that people stare at when walking by. Inside, I have the best in luxury furniture and appliances, plus a chef that takes care of my meals when I’m there. I have a large pool and a spa for throwing parties, and all of my friends want to visit. It’s honestly the best investment I’ve ever made and, even though it cost quite a bit of money, it was money well spent!
