Safe Plastic Surgery Procedures

My concern if I really go through with this plastic surgery idea of mine, is what happens if something goes wrong? I have read all of the statistics and the procedure that I am going through is not even all that dangerous but it is elective and for that I am worried that if something goes wrong, it was not even necessary in the first place and I would have many regrets. I am looking at plastic surgery abroad and in most instances it sounds a lot safer and cheaper then having it done here but again my concern is if something goes wrong.
