Last Christmas was a Disaster

Last winter we all the flu. I remember it well, Christmas was a disaster. Our bodies ached and all we wanted to do was sleep. This year we got our flu shots and are taking better care of ourselves. I even purchased a bio mat because it helps improve the immune system. The far infrared deep heat action is what produces the heat that raises your body’s temperature. This helps to make your body more resistant to diseases. There is no one that this Christmas we will be suffering. I have even order a bio mat for my mother.
