Core Trainning Can Be Fun

If you are like me you are always looking for new ways to train your abs and your entire bodies core. Not only does a good strong, defined core look great, it will help you in all other aspects of your weight training. Your core is made up of the abdominal muscles, obliques muscles, and the spinal erector muscles. There are many different effective exercises to use on this area depending on what you are trying to accomplish. In the past abdominal training was never one of my priorities, but since I started trying out different variations of exercises and intensity I train them 3 times a week.
