    Are You Getting Enough Protein?

    Drinking a whey protein shake is an easy way to be sure you are getting enough to build muscle and in the right amount. Protein is needed by the body for every organ including the brain and is responsible for a strong lean body. Essential amino acids are responsible for building the muscles and repairing them after exercise. Of course getting your greens supplies amino acids and so does drinking a shake with hemp. It’s up to the individual which to try in their daily meal plans and maybe all three can be utilized. Just remember that protein is more readily absorbed by the body when drinking it in shake form.
