E-Book Reader Reviews - Not Just About The Hardware
March 8th, 2010 by admin
The average ebook reader review tends to do a fairly good job of comparing the hardware on offer. What is usually less well covered are the aspects of the reading experience which are not hardware related. The number of books available, the ease of buying books, the ease of connecting to the Internet and the price of the books. Other factors that might be of interest to users would include the ease of use, how well laid out the controls are and how easy it is to read the screen in a variety of different lighting conditions. Of course, some of these objective and others are subjective and therefore more difficult to take into account in a review. Even so, potential buyers should try to make some effort to take these various factors into account before making a final buying decision.
