The Cost Goes Up and Down

My brother came over to my house about a week ago, and he told me that he was going to be heading in to town to pick up some roofing supplies. I asked him if it was going to cost him much, and he started to explain to me how the cost of roofing had been fluctuating over the last few weeks, so he wasn’t sure if it would cost him a lot or a little. I told him that I would go with him if he wanted me to. I had been thinking about doing my own little roofing project.
